Today is Friday..

Today is Friday..and tomorrow is Saturday..heheh weekend comes again..what's my plan for this weekend..my Fiance asked me to accompany him to his friend's wedding at Tampoi..I managed to buy him tickets to get here which is purchased from Mara Liner Click & Buy (online)..easy and convenient..i purchased 2 tickets for him, to return to KL on the next Monday..wah he got day off on Monday..so lucky..I've already printed the map to his friend's house (in case stuck anywhere..).

Yesterday, my mom called and told me that she already booked the canopy and buffet set for my wedding ceremony. Wah..she's more excited than my fiance and I. We both calmly do the planning, yet still trying to settle as much as we can before January. Fuh many things need to be settled down. In fact, I'm a little bit worry and nervous when i thought now is already end of November. In other words, left another less than 3 months only...Wow, I don't know what to do, really...God please help to ease our plans..hope everything will turn out okay...

As of now, I got 2 orders; hantaran cupcake for Rehan's wedding and 1 more is birthday cake for my clerk, Sa for her niece's birthday...I'm a bit nervous to do teh design for Rehan..wedding hantaran...hope everything turns out well...while Sa ordered Choc cake, simple design for birthday cake..I've already have the idea..will update the pic later..

30 Nov, Rasyada is getting engaged to Johari Hashim...no wonder lately she always ask about engagement package and so on..I wish the best for both of them..they both can be considered as my best friends in UMP..hmm really can't forget every moment there...and 13 Dec, Mamai's wedding..i really don't know whether i can make it to her wedding...i hope i can...but as usual, in terms of distance, i always can't attend my friend's wedding..I'm isolated in JB (sobbing....)..really sad to stay far from friends...keep in touch friends.... :)

Yesterday, I took a half-day leave; 2nd half..juz because my family got here..after seeting the auto-office reply, then i got off from office..then went to Petronas just to get some cash to buy some ingredients to bake choc cupcake..never tried this before..after drew some cash, i went to Larkin Perdana to get the ingredients...

After that, went back home..trus je start baking the choc cupcake..actually buat 5 jenis cupcakes; vanilla, rich choc, brownies choc, vanilla with twin choc chip and orange..wah a lot ha...hehe tp puas hati btl la..semua menjadi dgn rase yg sedap..hehe happy2..buat ni pon utk family yg dtg dr mersing..so happy la, anak sedara yg comey tu pon laju je mkn..maknanya sedap...hehehe..

smlm actually puasa, so mak bwk lauk dr mersing..bestnye..lama x mkn mskn mak..ade sata n pulut panggang lagi..my favourite tuh..thanks mom..love u...mcm mknn ade smlm..lupe lak nk amik gmbr..hehe..bz sgt layan anak sedara..mandikan die...sibuk je nk main sabun..dh la lantai licin..jatuh baru tau..pas pakaikan pampers (1st time pakaikan pampers utk budak..huhuhu..nasib baik ok)...then suapkan dia mkn..elok lak..dulu suke mkn sendirik,xnk org supa..ni ok je pulak..nk manje2 la tu ngan mak ngah die nih..heheh...sampai la die penat, main2 ngan kucing..last2 die minta susu...pas minum susu, termenung lak die..hehe ape lg..amik die letak atas riba..lame2 tertido la pulak...so tu la kisahnye anak sedaraku yg comey tu..smpikan terpaksa mandi kul 11 sbb x sedar waktu berlalu cpt sgt...seronok je meriah ngan family..hmm...rindu dieorg..

then, we went to Sedap Corner...menu for dinner: chicken chops..i ordered kiwi juice and he orderd guava juice..and add on chicken nugget...hehe he said the instant nugget i recommended to him more yummy that we ordered one..hahah...by the way mkn jela kan...dah ade depan mata...after that, i sent him back to his fren's house and i drove home alone..dah biase dah...lgpon lalu jln town..masih byk kereta di jalan raya..so xla takut sgt..hehe..

but this time simple je resipinye...roti, susu segar ckit, gula 2 sudu, telur..1st sapu a layer of margerine on the dulang pembakar..then susun roti tuh...pastu campurkan susu+telur+gula smpi sebati..then tuang ats susunan roti..pastu letak jem blueberi ckit kat ats tuh..then lebihan roti hias je ats tuh...bkr selama 20 minit..then siaplah...enjoy baking...:)

Huhu..then dlm kul 11 lbh la kuar opis pg Southern City..survey2 oven..heheh nk bli skali la sbnrnye...then alkisahnye lepas sesi tawar menawar selesai, dpt la 1 oven harga RM220.00..size besa la jgk...brand Pensonic jer..tp ok la kan..alang2 beli, beli yg besa ckit la..after that drove away to Larkin Perdana...kedai jual brg cake like i was mentioned b4..huhu kali ni pon still excited n gile sbb suke sgt tgk brg2 comel kat kedai tuh...die nyer tokey quite friendly la...dpt diskaun lg..hehe diskaun 20 sen je...ok what??

I'm Happy...

I'm happy coz today i've found what I'm looking for..what I was looking for all this while?hehe...bakers equipment and supplies..luckily I found this shop coz I'm not very familiar with JB area even though I've been here for more than a year..it's not weird as I wasn't born in this town k...luckily I managed to find this shop as I planned to start my baking project by tomorrow...if I manage to buy an oven..huhuhu...still surveying the price and brand..huhuh hope to make it by tomorrow...

So, tomorrow I can start shopping for oven and some ingredients and also equipment to start baking cupcakes and muffin...I was excited just now to see many ingredients which I've never seen before...wow amazing..heheh...I'm so excited to start this project..huhuh...

Huhu..kali ni weekend amat la membosankan sbb x buat ape2...mampu duk umah jela tgk tv n masak...hari sabtu masak kari ikan n grg sayur jer...pastu edit2 gmbr gune photoshop...mlm tu igt nk smbg la blk tp tetibe PC lak buat hal..huhu punah harapan nk mencurahkan idea2 kreatif mlm tu...huhuhu PC xnk msk windows la pulak..repair nyer repair pon x dpt gak..huhhu...mungkinkah sbb install Adobe photoshop yg berat giler tu punca PC aku rosak?huhuhu..x mungkin..tp mungkin jgk sbb lps off tu then nk bukak blk dh xleh on mcm biase...solutionnye mgkn format la blk PC tu..huhu tp nk format C jer..D xnk format sbb byk brg2 berharga dlm tuh..gmbr since zaman blaja sume ade dlm tuh..huhuhu rugi kalo ilang mcm tu jer...tp mslh skrg x pandai format sgt..huhuhu..xper..try2..

Hari ahad la pulak..bgn je buat sandwich sardin..tp kali ni aku bakar dulu roti tu b4 letak inti sardin..ni utk merangupkan lagi roti tu...heheh...sandwich ni x gulung..tp kerat lpd 4 segi..then letak inti tgh2...pastu celup telur...pastu grg..sedap...heheh pastu sediakan lak bhn2 nk msk utk lunch..menu hari ahad: ayam msl lemak cili api (x pedas sgt sbb mak n ayah marah mkn pedas..hehehe...), grg sayur kacang panjang n goreng ikan masin n kopok...wah best2...then tgk melodi n nona...tetibe jd peminat setia rancangan Nona kat TV3 nih..best sbb byk info pasal wanita n kecantikan..biasala pompuan mana yg xnk cantik kan...hehehe...lg 1 bestnye Nona ni die slalu tunjuk majlis kawin...leh la buat sumber inspirasi ckit tema ape nk gune utk kawin nnt kan..hehehe...

Wah skrg ni ujan je tiap2 hari...huhuhu..insya-Allah this weekend won't be a boring weekend anymore..bcoz i'm going to KL to visit my fiance and to attend my fren's open house..really excited to go there coz long time x jumpe kwn2 and my fiance la of course...he got sumthing from Sabah for me...heheh...mcm biase la msti brooch..ape lg yg popular kat sana kan slain mutiara n brooch..tp mutiara he bought for me on my birthday..so xnk la lg mutiara2 nih..lgpon x pakai pon....hehe hiasan jer...kdg2 je pakai gelang..cincin die besa sgt dgn jari manisku ni..heheh..and actually ade mintak tlg die blikan kain batik..rase mcm nk buat baju kurung kedah..mintak blikan 1 jer tp die bli 2...ni msti xtau nk pilih color ape kan...heheh...xtau la corak ape die bli..tau jela lelaki ni..main amik je..bkn die tau taste org pompuan..tp time kaseh la dh blikan..heheh..tq2...syg kamu...

Weekend baru2 ni..hari sabtu duk umah jer..kemas2 umah..mop lantai…
Wah rajin la pulak..hehehe…
Lps dah kemas2 umah tu..sambil2 tu dah masak nasi dah…
Then masak la lauk kegemaranku..hehe asam pedas, sayur grg n telur dadar…
Menu yg jadi kegemaran tunang aku jgk..hehehe…
Lupe nk amik gmbr lauk yg dah siap dimasak..hehehe :)

After maghrib, lps smyg jer..siap2 nk g carrefour..
Ade barang2 dapur yg dah nak hbs…so pg carrefour la..dekat ckit ngan umah..
Sampai carrefour je pegi la jalan2 n survey brg2..
Tetibe nmpk 1 bathroom set dlm kotak...
Ape yg mengejutkan ialah harga yg tertera dekat ctu RM1..
RM1?biar betul kan?dlm kotak tu ade 4 brg…xkan RM! Je kot..lgpon brg tu ceramic ma..huhuh..
disebabkan rase was2 tu..aku pon amik 1 then pg scan harga..

Pagi2 berkemas n bertolak dr JB...kul 7.20 bertolak smpi mersing kul 9.06 pagi..wah awlnye smpi...blk2 tgk umah dah cat warne oren dah..heheeh...rajin tul dieorg ni mengecat umah...tgk umah pon tgh berkemas2..adik bongsu lak tgh lap2 cermin...mak br siap buat biskut suji..hehe...best2..lama dh x blk kg...

pas rehat jap...buat kuih la pulak...wah biskut pertama ialah biskut gajus...buat warne ijau..saje nk tunjuk kelainan ckit....ni la hasilnye..

hehe comey x biskut i ni?rase pon leh thn la..hehehe..biskut ni buat 4 adunan...byk gak sbb bli gajus byk..after that smbg buat biskut badam la pulak...semua bahan dah ade..so smbg jela...ni la pulak hasilnye..

biskut ni sedap sgt...dah lama carik resipi akhirnye menjadik jugak..sampaikan 2 pupu pon mintak resipi nih..hehe bangga2...pas dah hbs bakar kuih penat la pulak rasenya...tertido smpi kul baper ntah....ptg tu adik ajak g bazar ramadhan..lgpon die nk carik baju raye die...so pg la carik..dpt murah..baju kurung rm45..ok la kot....

1 day b4 raye...

pagi2 lagi dh siapkan bhn nk buat kuih raye..buat 2 jenis jgk..1 tu biskut cornflakes + choc chip...gmbr xder la pulak...lg 1 kuih ialah biskut badam+kacang tanah..2 biskut ni diolah blk sbb nk hbskan stok2 barang yg ade...sedap la jgk..heheh...mak dah siap2 ptg daging n ayam...

ptg tu dah msk rendang daging dah...wah bestnye...lama x mkn....ketupat pon siap direbus jgk..ayam msk merah n acar...fuh best2....

1st day raye...

kat atas meja ade nasi minyak,rendang daging,ayam msk merah,ketupat n ketupat daun palas(pulut)..bestnye..my fav mcm biase la ketupat pulut yg dh digoreng garing..pergh best mkn ngan rendang...gmbr x sempat amik la pulak...raye 1st jer ramai sdare mara dtg....duk umah je pg tuh...kul 10 br gerak jalan2 ngan family g beraya...sampai la ptg..ptg pon ade org dtg beraya lg..hehe meriah tul..

2nd day raye..

pagi2 jer mandi nk g ziarah kubur arwah abg,nenek, n moyang...pastu blk dr ziarah kubur,bgn mak dh kerah suh bakar satay...hehe menu hari kedua: satay+kuah kacang+ketupat...ketupat pulut still ade lg....biase la kan...ktorg pon bakar la satay smpi kul baper ntah....best2 gtg royong..siap bli tmpt bakar satay lagi tuh...hehehe..

3rd day raye...

Plan nk raye kat kuantan n kemaman dibatalkan pd saat2 akhir..huhu sedih....tp xper...coz ktorg dh plan pg kuantan raye ke-4..beraya umah sdare la pulak...raye ke-3 menunye laksa ganu...disbbkan ade org jauh nk dtg mak buat la byk jgk la laksa ganu..ktorg tlg2 ape yg ptt...tgg pby tgg ptg br dieorg smpi..mujur kuah die ok lg...so dieorg pon ape lg mkn la laksa tuh..best tgk dieorg mkn..sedap..tp sblm tu kwn ms sek ren ade dtg gak umah..4 org...lama gile x jumpe dioerg...then ktorg bergerak lak ke umah kwn yg lg sorg ni...disbbkan dh ptg sgt so x smpt nk g umah lain...

4th day raye...

bgn kul 6 lbh..mak kejutkan..aduih awlnye mak kejut..huhuh nk bertolak ke Pekan la nih...huhuhu...bgn2 gosok baju la tudung la..siapkan ape yg ptt...bg adik2 mandi dulu..hehe driver kene mandi last skali...hahaha...abg n akak ipar dh dtg..abg, akak ipar, damia n adik pompuan naik ngan aku..lg 1 kete abah bawa mak,adik laki n atok...ade lg 2 kete sdare..kirenye mcm konvoi la ni...hehe mule2 ktorg last je kat blkg..heheh smpi endau je pecut beb....dieorg kata laju tp aku rase biase jer...hehehe...kul 9 lbh br smpi Pekan...

sampai Pekan makan nasi goreng,rehat2 n amik gmbr ckit...pastu br g kuantan...huhu mkn2 then singgah Pekan lg..ptg kul 5 lbh br blk..smpi umah kul 7 gak la...

5th day raye...

hari ahad..xder ape sgt..just kemas2 baju n kuih raye utk bwk blk JB...kul 3 ptg br bertolak..dh expect akan jam kat jalan kota..mmg btl la...yg x disangka ialah ujan lbt gile2...huhuhu takut2...siap dgn kilat lak tuh...on the way tu ade air naik gak..tp selamat la sampai...ade accident..kete terblk..huhuhu....perjalanan jd 3jam setengah...normal 1jam 45 minit jer...letih2 drive dlm ujan..blk kemas brg,mkn,tgk tv n tdo..tu jela pengalaman raye thn ni...huhuhu..best la raye...rase mcm xnk keje je....

esok nk blk kg ke x ek?smlm mak bg ikan byk gile...udang pon ade...leh la msk utk berbuka puasa n sahur...hari keje xleh msk la..x smpt..blk kul 6 +jam lg..smpi la kat umah dlm kul 6.45 or 6.50 gitu...mmg x sempat kalo nk msk kat umah..so bli je kat dpn opis ni..mujur ade jual kan...hehe k la...nk rehat jap..ngantuk....

Hari ke 11...

Hari ni hari ke 11 dah puasa.jap je kan...hehehe lg 2 minggu nk raye...
preparation utk raye xder la ape sgt..hr tu ms jalan kat angsana sorg then ternampak bj kebaya warne oren..then try n trus grab..hehehe tudung pon dh siap bli...bj lg satu lom siap lg...tempah kat plaza larkin..dr bln 6 dh anta tp x siap2 lg..xper weekend ni kite call dh siap lom..kalo dh siap leh la g amik...
Persiapan lain xtau la lg...igt nk bli sepasang bj utk my niece, Qistina Damia....then nk bli brg2 utk buat kuih raye lg...tu tgg ujung2 bln ckit..hehehe..igt nk try buat cupcake ngan fondant...kalo jd leh la buat utk hantaran kawin nnt..tu pon kalo jd la..tp mcm susah je nk cari gelatin kat cni...mana nk carik ek?smlm tgk resipi buat non-baked cheesecake..senang la jgk...nk try buat ms raye nnt la..hehehe wish me luck k...

Hari busy sedunia...

Huhu..i'm back even bz sesgt...hari ni kene anta semua quote to customer...pheww.... smlm dah buat half la..hari ni smbg lg..if x siap gak kene smbg esok lak...huhuhu terpaksa la...
skrg ni hujan x menentu jer..asal ptg je mesti ujan pny la...td dgr berita kat radia Era, die kate cuaca yg x menentu ni akan berterusan ke raya nnt..so phm2 je la kan..nk pg mana2 jgn lupe sediakan payung yer...n drive carefully...malang x berbau...Ingat org2 yg tersayang..hehehe..ok la chow dulu...nk smbg keje...wish me luck..

Hari Ke-4 Ramadhan...

Hari ni hari ke-4 umat Islam berpuasa di bulan Ramadhan...huhuhu jap je rase kan...tp this week sgt2 la bz...biase la ujung2 bln n awl2 bln mmg bz la ckit..even though bz pon, tp tetap blk awl sbb nk bukak pose kat umah...xnk la bukak pose dlm kete...x syok...
skrg ni ptg2 je asyk ujan manjang..sejuk gile kat ofis ni...pakai sweater pon msh menggigit tulang sejuknye..huhuhu..
smlm dh plan cuti raye tp blm apply la..xnk la apply awl2..karang kene perli lak..raye kali ni best ckit sbb x pyh nk apply cuti byk2..so plan nk apply cuti 3 hari jer...lain2 tu mmg dah cuti n weekend..hehehe..bestnye..tu pon kalo approved la...huhu harap2 approve la kan...
stop dl la...nk smbg buat keje...huhuhu....;)
